Edge International

2024 Managing Partner Performance Survey

Edge International is delighted to launch a survey on Managing and Improving Partner Performance.

Globe Law and Business recently commissioned Nick Jarrett-Kerr and Jonathan Middleburgh to put together and edit a new book on partner performance. The title and launch date will be announced in the Edge Communiqué in the next few weeks. This new book is a follow-up to the two previous editions of Nick’s best-selling book on managing partner underperformance, but with the wider perspective of partner performance generally.

The purpose of the survey that Nick and Jonathan have designed is to generate some robust data on current trends internationally, in the many aspects of performance management. We conducted a similar survey in 2011 and 2018 for the purposes of Nick’s previous book so this survey will allow us to follow important trends and to make comparisons.

The data will be collated and presented back anonymously. There will be an option to have your contribution / responses attributed.

Those who participate will receive a copy of our survey analysis in advance of the book publication. Globe have also agreed to discount the cost of the books to those who participate – details will follow.

We hope for as wide a participation as possible as we believe that it will be in all firms’ interests for the data to be as rich as possible.

Thanks in advance to all of you who are going to participate in the survey.

The deadline for participation is Wednesday, 15th May.
